Hello and welcome to Day 2 of our 4th-anniversary celebration! It is indeed a wonderful blessing that we have come this far from the day we launched Altenew.

We are very grateful for your support and encouragement throughout our journey and we hope to keep inspiring you for many years to come.

I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the incredible team that is behind Altenew.

As many of you may know, Jen and I are the co-founders of Altenew.

I have admired her design skills, and the awesome person she is since day 1, and I continue to be inspired by her in every way. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in crime! ;)

May, who is our current Marketing Director, joined us as a design team member back in March 2015. I had been following (and admiring) May's work long before Altenew was born and I knew that if ever we decide to recruit a design team, she would be on the top of my list. When May accepted our invitation, I was ‘smiling ear to ear' <– I dug up our email exchange from January 2015!

Over the course of the next couple of months, she took on a bigger role as the Marketing Lead of Altenew and I think that was the best decision ever! I am constantly in awe of her incredible work ethic and her dedication to making Altenew better. We are truly blessed to have her on board on this amazing journey.

Nicole, our Operations Director, was the second person to join the Altenew leadership team. Initially, she joined as the Altenew Academy Coordinator, but that seems like ancient history now!

She is in charge of so many behind-the-scenes operations that I sometimes wonder however did we manage without her! From managing our vendor relationships to overseeing the warehouse team and directing the customer happiness team, she keeps us all in check and does so ever so efficiently and with the kindest demeanor. Her commitment and loyalty are equal to none other and we are very grateful to have her on our team.

Lydia is our insanely talented Creative Ambassador and the sweetest person I have ever met. I am thankful for the day I asked her if she would consider representing Altenew on the Create and Craft TV.

She is a natural in front of the camera and if you have seen any of her Facebook lives, you already know what an adorable personality she has! Watching her craft makes me want to dash to the craft room and make something as well! Not only does she make a plethora of stunning cards every time we have new stamps and dies in the shop, she also designs some of them. We love her unique take on product design and the bright and cheerful face she brings to Altenew!

Karen is our lead graphic designer and a rare gem that we happened to stumble upon! She is behind all the beautiful banners, graphics, e-books, catalogs, product packaging and so much more. We very much appreciate her hard work and dedication to the company.

Virginia is our latest addition to the Altenew Leadership team. Everyone on the team admires Virginia's talents and couldn't think of a better person to lead the Altenew Education Certification Program. She has been teaching workshops and representing Altenew at foreign consumer shows and we are very grateful for her sincerity and enthusiasm in what she does!

Last but not the least, Nabil is the seed investor and CEO of Altenew. He makes sure that the Altenew ship sails smoothly and is constantly on the lookout for ways to grow and be a leader in the inspiration industry.
