Another way of watercoloring a Poppy
Hello!
It's Marika here and today I am going to share with you another way to colour a poppy and a butterfly from Painted Poppy and Butterflies sets. Two weeks ago I showed how I coloured this poppy with traditional watercolours. Today I am using Distress Inks and I am using all three layers of this builder stamp set to gradually build up the colours. I actually made two cards with this technique. I got this idea and tried it out and this first card came from there. Then I put my camera rolling and all that looseness and softness that I achieved just colouring was gone but I hope you can still get the idea how this is done.

Stamps used: Painted Poppy and Painted Butterflies and Birthday Greetings.
