Create a Dramatic Floral Card Using Craft-A-Flower:Tulip | Creative Coloring with Erum

Hello everyone! Erum here today and I have a gorgeous card to share with you featuring Craft-A-Flower: Tulip!

Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Tulip Die Set | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

To begin, I cut small pieces out of the 9×12″ Watercolor Paper Pad. Next, I used Artists' Watercolors in Fiery Sunset, Warm and Cozy, and Tea Party for the flowers. And, Rain Forest, Tropical Forest, and Green Meadows for the leaves.

Once dry, die-cut the pieces and adhere them together with Glue Tape then set them aside.

To color the background, start applying water to the right side of the loose watercolor sheet panel from the Watercolor Paper Set, and drop in Green Meadows Watercolor pigment. To make this more emerald-looking, add a bit of Sea Shore Watercolor pigment as well. Add splatters of the same for interest. Set aside to dry.

Heat emboss the sentiment from the Wild and Free Stamp Set in Antique Gold Embossing Powder. Use the colors of the background plus Rock Collection Watercolor to color this piece.

Adhere the die-cuts with Glue Tape. Next, add splatters of Gold Watercolor from the Metallic Watercolor Set. Then tie the Enchanted Gold Thread on the bottom of the panel and place the sentiment over it.

To finish, add a few Satin Gold Sequins.

I hope you enjoyed it! See you next time!
