Video: Create a Dimensional, Floral, Watercolor Background

Hello, everyone! Erum here today. My card features the Paint-A-Flower: Carnations Outline Stamp Set. And to color this, I used the Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set.
Firstly, I repeatedly stamped the image from Paint-A-Flower: Carnations Outline Stamp Set onto A2 Watercolor Cardstock in Obsidian Pigment Ink. I was trying to cover as much area as possible. I would later fussy cut these out so I didn't really worry about how weirdly I stamped these.
Secondly, to color, I applied Cherry Blossom pigment onto the nooks or areas that were closer to the flower center. I applied this pigmented paint to the folds on the petals as well. Next, I took a diluted paint of the same shade and pulled out the concentrated pigment to color the entire petal. I made sure to add this pink pigment to only a few petals and left the rest as is.
I colored the rest of the petals in Shades of Purple in the same manner as I colored the pink. For the green bits, I first added water to the stem and then added Tropical Forest pigment. After this, I added Green Meadows as stippling. This added a lot of texture to the image. After I was done coloring, I dried the panel and fussy cut the images.
I adhered the images with foam tape onto watercolor cardstock. The reason I used the watercolor cardstock as my base is that I didn't have a matching cardstock.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment in Magenta Crisp Dye Ink and used Featured Sentiment Die Set to die cut this out and layered it over a watercolored strip.
