Unique Card Making Ideas: 3 Beautiful Floral Cards

Svitlana is here. I’m very excited to share with you today a stamp focus for the new Rose Blossom Stamp Set.
This set is very beautiful, quite realistic and very easy to work with.
Here are three cards I made using this set.
NEUTRAL COLOR SCHEME
For my first card, I used a neutral color scheme. I’m not sure roses of such color exist in real life but I really like how they turned out.
I used Sand Dunes, Rocky Shore, Mocha, and Espresso Crisp Dye Inks to stamp the roses and Forest Glades and Evergreen Crisp Dye Inks to stamp leaves. After stamping, I die cut them using the matching dies.
Next, I made a panel out of a Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock and added brown splatters onto it. Then, I foam mounted the panel onto a Parchment card base.
After that, I adhered the stamped die-cuts onto the top part of the card.
For the sentiment, I used the Birthday Builder Stamp Set, stamping it with Evergreen Crisp Dye Ink onto a white strip. The sentiment was popped up onto the card.
To finish my card, I added several brown sequins.
RED ON KRAFT
The combination of red, white, and kraft is one of my favorite color combos. It works especially well for holiday cards. Although, it can be used for non-holiday projects as well. A small tip – the darker the red elements, the more effective the result will be. The contrast between calm and cozy kraft and deep dramatic red will be bigger.
For my flowers, I used the Crimson, Velvet, Grapevine, and Dark Chocolate Crisp Dye Inks.
For the leaves, I used Forest Glades and Evergreen Crisp Dye Inks.
Next, I made a panel out of a Parchment Cardstock and white embossed the outline twig several times onto it. After that, I foam mounted the panel onto a white card base.
Then, I adhered the floral elements onto the card.
I made the sentiment the same way I did for the previous card. Lastly, I added several white crystals.
GREEN AND BROWN
For this card, I also decided to use a bit of an unusual color scheme of greens and browns.
First, I made several die-cuts of the rose and two leaves (four each).
Then onto the die-cuts, I stamped the flowers using the Frayed Leaves, Forest Glades, and Evergreen Crisp Dye Inks. And for the leaves, I used Mocha and Espresso Crisp Dye Inks.
Next, I blended Mocha and Espresso Crisp Dye Inks onto a parchment cardstock and then added water and brown spray splatters.
After that, I adhered the flowers and leaves onto the panel in the top left and right bottom angle, cut off the parts hanging out of the panel edges and adhered it onto a white card base.
To finish off the card, I popped up a sentiment strip. Hope you got inspired to create with the Rose Blossom Stamp Set!
