Stamptember Collaboration + SALE

Today we are joining the Simon Says Stamp Stamptember festivities. Altenew had the pleasure of designing an exclusive stamp set for Simon Says Stamp. In sync with our most popular stamps, we designed a layered flowers set. This set is available exclusively at SSS.

This set has two three-layer flowers, a cluster of leaves, two individual leaves along with a stem. Using these various elements, it is easy to create various flower arrangements as well as pretty backgrounds.

Here the leaves were stamped directly on a white card base using Altenew Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades and Evergreen Crisp Dye Inks. The flowers were stamped on a separated piece of paper using Frosty Pink, Coral Berry and Ruby Red inks. They were then trimmed and mounted with foam tape. A little gold splatter and a sentiment mounted on a strip of card stock finishes the card.

May created her own floral background using Layered Flowers along with Painted Flowers. She heat embossed the last layer of the images with gold embossing powder to add interest to the card.
