Video: Garden Treasure Watercolor Bouquet
Hello!
Erum here with a colorful floral card to share using the Garden Treasure Stamp Set. This is a very versatile stamp set since it has different sizes and types of floral images. I have done a Stamp Focus post on this in the past.
To start, I stamped several images onto watercolor cardstock with Embossing Ink and then heat embossed them with the Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder.
I used distress inks to color the images. For the bigger pink flowers, I was a little careful while adding color. I left a little area of diluted watercolor on the petals for the light and added more pigment to the area where I wanted to show depth/shadow. For the rest of the flowers, I didn't pay much thought to shadows/highlights.
After watercoloring, I die cut the images using the coordinating dies for the Garden Treasure Stamp Set.
Next, I cut out a one layer base and added black splatters from the Altenew Ink Spray in Jet Black. Then I started arranging my floral bouquet by popping the images with foam tape.
Afterward, I stamped the sentiment from Build-A-Flower: Camellia Stamp Set. Lastly, I popped up a few sequins and iridescent bubbles. Finally, the card is complete.
That is all from my side today. I hope you like my card!
