Whimsical Watercolor Card Inspired by Abstract Art

Hello, everyone! This is Aga here today and I would like to share with you a watercolor card inspired by some modern, abstract art, which I really love. It is something that I always find very intriguing and inspirational.

I started out by creating a bright pastel background using the Watercolor 36 Pan Set. Once this was set and dry, I added more elements to complete my whimsical design. First, I cut out two leaves from Hibiscus Garden 3D Die Set out of white cardstock. Next, I stamped a leaf from Leaf Clusters Stamp Set with Sea Glass Crisp Dye Ink and cut it out using a coordinating die. I arranged everything on the card, added a few black dots, and my sentiment from Heartfelt Sentiments Stamp Set.
