Truly versatile stamp set

Like all of the Altenew stamp sets I own, this one stamps clear, clean images. The color layering works well, and if I get a bit off, a little touch up with the same ink fills in any gaps. The tree image is quite versatile and can be used for all four seasons, depending on how the leaves/blossom stamp is colored (or not, in the case of winter), and the bare tree itself is sufficiently spooky for Halloween. I appreciate having so many options from one set. Altenew's text blocks are overall my favorite of any company's. They range from simple to profound and, like this set, most offer a range of sentiments, again allowing for many different uses. I'm not much of a fan of the forced "puns" so many companies use, e.g. (I made this up.) "You shell have a happy day" with a stamp set of seashells. A few of these puns are truly clever; most are just silly. I highly recommend the "In My Thoughts stamp set".
